Refund policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

1. Email zuzannahanc@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to cancel.

2. Send the print back within 14 days of telling us, undamaged and in rigid packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

3. We refund the price of the print and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method you used.

If your print arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, write to us within [14] days with a photo. We will reprint and resend it at our cost, or refund you in full.
